Drayton Woods Engravers LLC Guarantees, all of our items.

Return any item that has not been engraved for 100% refund less shipping.  

All returns must be received undamaged in Drayton Woods LLC original packaging within 30 days from the Drayton Woods ship date.
Note: For orders where the shipping charge is waived, Drayton Woods LLC will deduct actual shipping paid on the customer's behalf in the event the item is returned.

Also, the return policy does not apply to items altered at the customer's request. Engraved items cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Holiday purchases
We have extended our return deadline for holiday purchases.
Items shipped between November 1 and December 15 may be returned by the following January 15 for Full refunds.

1.  Send an Email to request a return authorization number:

Use the link at the top of the website

List Your Name, address, Order number and the Description of the item you are
returning and the reason for the return.

2.  Package the item with care in original packaging (including tissue paper):

Items must be received undamaged to receive credit.
We take a great deal of care in packaging our items so they don’t move during shipment.
Please package the item tightly in the jewelry box and the jewelry box tightly in the shipping box.
If you hear anything when the box moves, it is not packaged tightly enough and could get damaged.

If your product is not packed properly and there is damage done to the shipment you could be deducted a 10%fee or we could refuse the entire refund.

3.  Mark the return authorization number (RA# XXX) on the outside of the package and mail as follows:

Please replace the "xxx" above with the return authorization number(RA#) obtained by our email.

4.  track and insure the return shipment:

We are not responsible for lost or misdirected mail.
